9/11 Tribute - 10 Years Later

How could anyone forget where they were the day the twin towers were attacked. I was at the university when my daughter called and told me a plane had struck the first tower. We had a TV in the conference room and the entire office stood around and watched in horror as the second plane hit the other tower. It is such a horrifying memory, a day like no other.

Let's all take a moment to remember all those that died that terrible day at the twin towers, the pentagon and Flight 93 that crashed in Shanksville, PA. A salute to all those heros that rushed into burning buildings without a moment's thought for their own safety.

We will never forget you.

Universal Truths

Some of these are very funny. Enjoy.

1. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

2. There is a great need for a sarcasm font.

3. Was learning cursive really necessary?

4. Bad decisions make good stories.

5. Can we all agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to restart my collection AGAIN.

6. I wish Google Maps had a "avoid ghetto" option.

7. Is it just me or do high school kids get dumber and dumber?

8. The only time I look forward to a red light is when I trying to finish a text.
