4 of 5 starsThis is the second book in this series and it delves right into the plot from it left off in book 1. The covers of this series is what first attracted me to them. They are stunning!
I read book 1 quite a while ago, so it took me a few chapters before I once again knew who was who. The book is full of twists and turns and I applaud Ms. Ellision for such an inventive plot. Although a few of the dangers have been overcome for Bree and Caden, this story is far from over. While there is a tiny bit of romance in the story, it does not overshadow the story at all. I would recommend reading these books in order so that you'll get the full effect of the storyline.
